about me…
Caroline Vieregge is a figurative drawer/painter based in Brooklyn NY. Vieregge’s drawings are rooted in “old master” trainings that are expanded upon from a more impressionistic viewpoint. She aims to explore private moments with the figure, primarily the female nude, to explore the idea of putting a visual reference onto introspection. In her work, the female nude is the primary metaphor to convey one’s inner intimacy, and ultimately vulnerability, with expressing their innermost emotions. Caroline Vieregge is a North Carolina native and has earned her B.A. in drawing from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.

in addition to fine art drawings and paintings, Caroline gravitates toward 3D/functional works as well. Currently she is having fun working on exploring vessel forms in ceramics, as well as functional paintings on tote bags as a way to bring more art into every step in her daily routine!

At the current moment, my time is well occupied with my own personal projects. However, if a commission aligns with my current interests/is in my area of expertise, I will occasionally accept a commission! Feel free to email at any time!

well, to start, I prioritize the quality of the prints over everything. I use a printer who specializes in archival quality materials, as well as “Giclée” type printing. This means that ideally the prints will last much longer than we do here on earth! Unfortunately, this does mean that the cost of printing is more expensive. in order to combat this, I do offer slightly different types of paper. Both are of the same quality but different in thicknesses, that way I can provide options for lower budget while not sacrificing the quality!
